COVID-19 MEASURES
The safety and health of our guests and staff is our top most priority. We have ensured that all health and safety standards set by the Government are strictly in place for your comfort and stress free stay. Please read below to understand the sanitization and safety measures at our resort.
CHECK IN PROCEDURE
On arrival at the resort, temperature checks of each guest will be conducted. At the Reception, you will be requested to fill out a self declaration health form and complete other check in formalities. Alternatively, you can also use our pre-arrival contactless check in facility and complete the formalities online.
The resort strictly follows any Government notified SOPs / regulations for entry into the state of Goa (eg: RT-PCR Covid Negative Certificate). Failure to produce valid negative certificate at the time of check-in, will result in cancellation of booking at the time of check-in, with no refund.
TEMPERATURE & HEALTH CHECK
Temperature checks of all our guests and staff will be conducted on a regular basis, when need be. Anyone with a fever, showing signs of illness, or exhibiting virus symptoms will be advised to see a doctor immediately or notified to concerned local health authorities. Until such time, the guest will be quarantined in an isolation room for safety of other guests and our staff.
CLEANING AND SANITIZATION
All cleaning and sanitization at the resort is in line with the local and government authorities. Frequency of cleaning and sanitizing of high touch surfaces and public areas has been increased. Guest rooms are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized prior to each arrival. Housekeeping is available on request and our staff access to your room for cleaning will only be allowed on prior approval from your end.
Restaurants and their staff are also implementing precautionary measures in every aspect of food preparation, set-up, and service. This includes frequent disinfection of all kitchen surfaces as well as all staff wearing masks and gloves when preparing, plating, and serving dishes.
HYGIENE, GLOVES & MASKS
The best hygienic method to prevent viruses is – Proper and frequent hand washing.
Hand sanitizers have been placed throughout our resort, at the front desk, in restaurant areas, and public areas.
Masks are required for all persons within the hotel, both guests and staff. At the time of check in, you will be provided with complimentary face masks and you can request for more from the Reception, if need be.
SOCIAL DISTANCING
Guests are advised to practice physical distancing by standing at least six feet away from other groups. All layouts in our restaurants and public spaces will be arranged to ensure appropriate distancing as per Government SOPs. Our staff will practice physical distancing by standing at least six feet away from guests and other staff whenever possible.
To avoid spread of virus and for our guest safety and security, External visitors who are not guests of the resort, will not be allowed inside guest rooms. External visitors will be allowed in the restaurant and in the lobby, post temperature checks.
GUEST ROOMS
Daily housekeeping services will be available only upon request. We are an environment friendly property and request our guests not to change linen / towels on a daily basis.
ROOM SERVICE & GUEST REQUESTS
All room service orders and guest requests will be delivered to the door. To minimise contact and touch points as per Government SOPs, our staff will knock on the door to notify guests of order delivery. Staff will hand over the tray to the guest at the door. Guests are requested to place the tray outside the room once finished. Menus will be shared with guests on your mobile phone.
Minibar cards have been placed in your rooms and can be ordered on request.
AMENITIES & SERVICES
In order to comply to the state and central Government SOPs and orders, some of our services and amenities may differ from what’s listed online or are currently operating in a limited capacity or suspended. They will resume once the Government grants permission.
